Alessandro Confalonieri

Alessandro Confalonieri is a Design Director and Head of Service Design at frog Italy since October 2015, with additional roles as a partner of the Osservatori Digital Innovation and an Advisory Board Member at Politecnico di Milano. With a rich background in academia, Alessandro serves as an Adjunct Professor in the MSc in Product Service System Design and a Professor for the Master in Service Design at Politecnico di Milano. As the director of Intersezioni Design Integrated, Alessandro leads a think tank focused on integrating product and service design with user experience and business strategy. Notable contributions include developing the "Sense the Place" workshop and advising various organizations, including public transport entities and educational institutions. Alessandro holds multiple degrees in Industrial and Product Design from prestigious institutions, including the Royal College of Art and the University of the Arts London.
