Jacopo Manotti

Jacopo Manotti serves as a member of the Organizing Committee for the EGOS Conference Milan 2024, starting December 2023. Currently an Assistant Professor at Politecnico di Milano since September 2021, Jacopo focuses on research at the intersection of firm strategy and industry evolution, particularly in business model and ecosystem dynamics in nascent industries. Additionally, Jacopo is a Core Faculty Member and Adjunct Faculty Instructor at POLIMI Graduate School of Management, teaching courses in Strategy, Entrepreneurship, and Digital Transformation. Since March 2022, Jacopo has contributed as a Research Collaborator for the Oxford Space Initiative at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford. Involved in several research projects, Jacopo's work spans areas including the Italian Earth Observation Market and the New Space Economy. Previous roles include positions in sales and marketing at Decathlon Italia, research at Università degli Studi di Modena e Reggio Emilia, and co-founding the MIP Business Game. Jacopo holds a PhD in Management Engineering from Politecnico di Milano and has a diverse educational background encompassing various prestigious institutions.
