Adrian Yip

Adrian Yip has extensive work experience in software engineering and operations. Adrian is currently serving as the Director of Software Engineering at Ossia Inc., where they provide guidance to the software engineering team in developing embedded applications and firmware for wireless power applications. Previously, they held the position of Director of Software Engineering and Operations at RECON Dynamics, where they oversaw the development of software for a wireless location/telemetry system. Adrian has also worked as a Principal Engineer at Eden Rock Communications, a Senior Systems Engineer at SR Telecom, a Platform Software Manager at Elektrobit, an Embedded Software Manager at Netro and AT&T Wireless Services, and an Embedded Software Engineer at Nortel Networks/Bell Northern Research. Throughout their career, Adrian has gained expertise in a range of programming languages and technologies, including Python, C, C++, Java, JavaScript, Django, PostgreSQL, and AWS.

Adrian Yip earned a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Engineering Science with a field of study in Computer Engineering from the University of Toronto. Adrian attended the university from 1985 to 1990.
