James F. Cosgrove is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles within the legal and compliance sectors. Cosgrove & Co. since November 2023, James has previously held significant positions at ATALIAN Global Services, where responsibilities included Deputy Chief Executive Officer and General Counsel. James's earlier experience encompasses roles at OTG Management, Dechert LLP, and Kirkland & Ellis LLP, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, compliance, litigation, and corporate governance. Academically, James holds a JD and an MA in International Development Studies from The George Washington University and a BA from the University of Notre Dame.
