Daniel Hermansen is the current Director of Medical Illustration at Osso VR. Daniel was previously a Masters Candidate in Medical and Biological Illustration at The Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine from August 2015 to May 2017. Prior to that, they were an Emergency Medical Technician at University of Utah Hospitals and Clinics from August 2014 to June 2015. Daniel has also worked as a Phlebotomist at Primary Children's Medical Center from July 2013 to July 2014 and as a Clinical Lab Assistant at Primary Children's Hospital from April 2013 to July 2014. Hermansen has also served as the Vice President of Activities at Southern Utah University from April 2011 to April 2012 and at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints: Seminaries and Institutes of Religion from May 2010 to May 2011.
Daniel Hermansen has a Master of Arts in Medical and Biological Illustration from The Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. Daniel also has a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Southern Utah University. In addition, they are certified as a phlebotomist from Oquirrh Mountain Phlebotomy School and as an Advanced Emergency Medical Technician (A-EMT) from the Utah Department of Health. Daniel is also certified as a Healthcare Provider from the American Heart Association | American Stroke Association.
