Jim Jordan

Jim Jordan is currently a Data Analyst at Osso VR. Prior to that, they were the Sales Operations Director at WebMD from May 2017 to May 2022. Jim was responsible for managing a team of dedicated administrators and developers for CRM, Marketing Automation and Sales Applications for a mid-size healthcare company. Jim's primary responsibility was for Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, CPQ, HubSpot, ZynBit, Yesware, Process Composer, Action Grid, HIMSS Analytics and other sales tools. Jim also had line of sight influence on Tableau, DiscoverOrg, and other analytics tools. Jim was the technical buyer for Sales Applications software and renewals.

Prior to their time at WebMD, Jim Jordan was a Business Analyst and Salesforce Administrator at Dish Network from October 2015 to May 2017. Jim configured, tested, documented and supported Salesforce for this Satellite TV and Telecom provider. Jim also administered, maintained and built improvements for 4 separate Salesforce instances covering field sales, inside sales, client managers and equipment installation. Additionally, they served as a Tableau Administrator; importing workbooks and views to display inside of Salesforce.

Before their time at Dish Network, Jim Jordan was a Solution Specialist at GHX from June 2009 to April 2010. Prior to GHX, they were a Specialty Pharmaceutical Sales Representative at AstraZeneca Pharmaceuticals from June 2003 to January 2009.

Jim Jordan has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Healthcare Management from Colorado Technical University, an AS in Health Science from University of South Carolina, and a BA in Interdisciplinary Studies - Health Science from University of South Carolina. Jim Jordan is also certified in Salesforce Administrator and Salesforce Platform App Builder.

Jim Jordan reports to Matt Newport, Co-Founder & CTO. They are on a team with Ahmed Hassan - Senior Test Automation Engineer, Mitchell Potter - Senior Engineering Manager, and Armando Villarreal - Senior VR Engineer.
