Josh Willeford

Josh Willeford is the current Chief Financial Officer at Osso VR. Prior to their current position, Willeford served as Vice President of Financial Operations at Southwind Consulting and Management at The Advisory Board Company from 2010 to 2018. In this role, they provided clients with financial analysis, financial modeling and benchmarking, budgeting and forecasting services. Willeford also served in key leadership roles on several high profile practice management engagements including full medical group assessments, physician compensation plan redesign and implementation, interim management support, financial due diligence for mergers and acquisitions, pro forma and compensation plan modeling, financial infrastructure assessments, black box analysis, and financial reporting for medical groups.

From 2007 to 2009, Willeford was the Director of Finance at magazines.com. In this role, they oversaw the company's finances and was responsible for developing and implementing financial strategy.

Josh Willeford received their Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Lipscomb University. Josh then went on to get their MAcc in Accounting - Audit from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Finally, they attended LCHS.
