Patrick Delaney

Patrick Delaney has over 20 years of experience in real estate and leadership roles. Patrick is currently the Director of Real Estate Strategy at Össur, where they oversee real estate operations. Prior to this, they worked as a Real Estate Development Manager at AltaMed Health Services and as the Director of Real Estate at Behavior Frontiers. Patrick also has experience in portfolio management and site selection, having served as the Real Estate Manager at Big 5 Sporting Goods. Patrick has also held positions as a Real Estate Manager at Forever 21 and as a Broker/Client Representative at G-7 Realty, Inc. In addition, Patrick has a background in banking, having worked at Bank of America and Wells Fargo Bank in consumer lending. Patrick started their career as an Open Source Officer at the Central Intelligence Agency.

Patrick Delaney earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations and East Asian Languages and Cultures from the University of Southern California from 1998 to 2001. Patrick also attended Waseda University in 1999-2000 and the University of Hawaii at Manoa in 1997-1998, but did not earn a degree from either institution.
