Debbie Bouvier

Debbie Bouvier has extensive experience in software development, currently serving as a Senior Agile Software Developer at OST, Inc. since April 2019, focusing on the WSMIS program and utilizing technologies such as .NET, JAVA, PowerBuilder, and SQL for both on-premise and cloud deployments. Prior to OST, Inc., Debbie worked at SAIC (formerly Engility & Dynamics Research Corporation) from June 1989 to April 2019 as a Principal Developer, where responsibilities included supervising teams, providing technical direction, and managing project aspects like scheduling and cost. Debbie holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Computer Science from Merrimack College and Boston University, respectively.
