Klaudia Stelmachowicz

Klaudia joined OSTC in 2013 initially as the HR Manager for Poland’s operations, then not long after in 2014 she became the Group Head of HR & Talent. She has built the OSTC Group HR function from scratch and now leads an international team responsible for setting and delivering all people-related policies, spending her time between the Warsaw office and HQ in Bromley. Previously Klaudia held HR Business Partner roles at PwC and Rule Financial (now GFT Group) a London based IT and business consultancy providing services to investment banks and related financial institutions. Klaudia is an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and a clinical psychology graduate.
