Rasmus Isomaa

Rasmus Isomaa is a distinguished professional in the field of developmental psychology and eating disorder care. Currently serving as the Specialsakkunnig i ätstörningsvård at Österbottens välfärdsområde since January 2023, Rasmus is also the Chairperson of the Board at Syömishäiriöliitto - SYLI and Chairman of the Nordic Eating Disorder Society since 2016. Rasmus holds the position of Associate Professor at Åbo Akademi and has been instrumental in developing eating disorder services in previous roles, including Manager and Project Manager at Fredrikakliniken and Project Manager at Syömishäiriökeskus. Rasmus's academic credentials include a PhD in Developmental Psychology and training as a psychotherapist, with a focus on cognitive psychotherapy.
