Randy Scott has extensive work experience in the marketing and commercial management field. Randy first worked at The Dow Chemical Company, where they held various roles such as Global Commercial Excellence Leader, Commercial Excellence Leader, eBusiness Development Leader, and Technical Service & Development. In these positions, they were responsible for leading improvement projects, implementing training programs, and developing sales strategies. Randy also worked at Osterman & Company as a Marketing Director, where they led marketing efforts for Film Packaging and coached the development of marketing plans. Overall, Randy has over 30 years of experience in marketing, commercial excellence, and technical service in the chemical industry.
Randy Scott obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Chemistry from the University of Toronto, where they studied from 1977 to 1981. Later, they pursued their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business, studying from 1994 to 1998. In addition to their formal education, Randy Scott also holds a Black Belt certification in Six Sigma, which they obtained in September 2004.
