Cathrin Hirling is a seasoned professional in human resources and diversity, currently serving as People and Culture Manager at Ostrom since March 2022 and as a Diversity and Inclusion Consultant at BeamReach Inclusion since August 2021. Prior experience includes working as a Human Resources Assistant at Aurora Energy Research Ltd, where responsibilities encompassed the entire employee life cycle, and as a Recruitment Coordinator and Intern at the Department of Corrections NZ. Cathrin's educational background includes a Bachelor of Commerce from Victoria University of Wellington and a Master of Science with a specialization in Gender Equality, Diversity and Inclusion in Management from Radboud University.
