Chun Kheat Khoo has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Chun Kheat has held various roles, including MarkitSERV Application Support Associate Director at OSTTRA and IHS Global (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd. Prior to that, they worked independently as an Industry 4.0 & Digital Innovation Enthusiast. Khoo also served as the Regional IT Operations Director at International SOS, where they successfully improved operational stability and reduced major incidents and outage hours. Chun Kheat has also held positions as Senior Regional IT Infrastructure Manager at Osram Opto Semiconductors (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd and Director of Engineering at RosettaNet Malaysia Bhd. Khoo's earlier experience includes being a Systems Integration Manager at Osram Opto Semiconductors (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd and a Senior Analyst Programmer at Solectron Technology Sdn Bhd.

Chun Kheat Khoo holds a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology from Campbell University, which they obtained from 1992 to 1995. Additionally, they have a Diploma in Science in Information Systems from Tunku Abdul Rahman University of Management and Technology, earned during the same time period. Prior to that, Chun Kheat Khoo completed a Certificate in Computer Studies in Information Technology from Tunku Abdul Rahman University of Management and Technology between 1990 and 1992. Chun Kheat'shigh school education was completed at Penang Free School, where they obtained the Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) from 1985 to 1990.

In terms of additional certifications, Chun Kheat Khoo obtained the ITIL Foundation in Service Management certification from EXIN in 2014. Chun Kheat has also acquired two certifications from SAP: Solution Consultant - mySAP BI - Business Warehouse in 2003 and SAP Technical Consultant - UNIX/Oracle in 2000.
