Sinmiat Oladapo

Sinmiat Oladapo is a Senior Lecturer at Osun State Polytechnic, Iree, since January 2002, specializing in the department of Food Science and Technology. With extensive experience in lecturing National Diploma and Higher National Diploma courses, Sinmiat Oladapo imparts knowledge in subjects including Food Microbiology, Industrial Microbiology, Food Toxicology, and Food Plant Sanitation. Sinmiat Oladapo holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) and a Master of Technology (M.Tech.) in Food Microbiology from the Federal University of Technology Akure, achieved between 1990 and 2010.
