Bhavaysh Karria

Bhavaysh Karria has over 29 years of work experience in various human resources roles. Bhavaysh currently serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at Oswal Industries Limited since February 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Scorpion Group from December 2021 to March 2023. Bhavaysh also held the position of Vice President - HR & Legal at CHECKMATE SERVICES PVT LTD from August 2020 to December 2021. From December 2013 to April 2020, they worked at Gujarat International Finance Tec-City as the Vice President of Human Resources. Additionally, they have held positions at Essar Group, Jindal Saw Ltd, Add Pens Ltd, and Gujarat Gas Company Ltd throughout their career.

Bhavaysh Karria completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Electronics from Gujarat University between 1987 and 1990. Bhavaysh then pursued a Master's degree in Human Resource (MLW) from South Gujarat University, completing it between 1992 and 1994. In addition to their formal education, Bhavaysh Karria obtained a Level 1 Certified Rapid Results Life Coach certification from the Academy For Coaches in January 2023.
