Rhonda Bullard

Rhonda Bullard has a diverse work history in the fields of education and physical education. Rhonda began their career as the Coordinator of Health, Physical Education, and Wellness at Ithaca City School District from July 2012 to June 2015. In this role, they ensured that health and physical education programs were up to date and offered a variety of fitness activities in multiple school buildings. Rhonda also evaluated faculty and staff and provided professional development opportunities.

Bullard then transitioned to Cornell University, where they served as a Cornell Patrol Officer from January 2016 to June 2017. After their time at Cornell, they moved on to become the Director of Athletics and Physical Education at Oswego City School District starting in August 2017. In this current role, they oversee the athletic programs and physical education curriculum.

Rhonda Bullard is a Certified Personal Trainer, having completed their education at the National Academy of Sports Medicine in 2017. Rhonda also holds a Bachelor's degree in Physical Education Teaching and Coaching from SUNY Brockport, and a Master's degree in Health Teacher Education from SUNY Cortland. Additionally, Rhonda has a Certificate of Advanced Study in Educational Leadership and Administration, General from the State University of New York Cortland.
