OSWORTH Nigeria Limited was incorporated with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) on the 1st of September, 2008 as a subsidiary of May & Baker Nigeria Plc, Nigeria’s premier Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Company, and has since been involved in the Marketing and Sales of Pharmaceutical products and services.

Its primary business and main products and services is the Marketing, Sales and distribution of Human Pharmaceuticals, Medical devices, Consumer and Personal Care Products in the entire continent of Africa. Its products portfolio covers locally manufactured and imported products, including but not limited to those manufactured by the parent company, May & Baker Nigeria Plc.

The vision of the company is to become one of the Africa’s preferred Pharmaceutical Generics and Personal Care Products Company, by the year 2025. Its mission is to provide quality and affordable products to the entire people of Africa.
