Artur Szczepaniak

Mr. Artur Szczepaniak started his professional career in 1990 as a broker on the Krakow Commodity and Money Exchange. In 1991, he was one of the founders of DM Penetrator SA, of which he was a shareholder until 1996 and held, inter alia, the position of the head of the analysis and information department (research for individual investors) and the head of the securities issue department (providing services to enterprises on IPO, NFI program and privatization). From 1996 to 2000 he ran a consulting company specializing in mergers and acquisitions Pre-IPO and investment consulting. He cooperated with such investment funds as Bancroft, Advent, Pioneer. His most important clients included companies from the media, telecommunications, IT and pharmaceutical industries. Since 2001, he has been associated with I Fundusz Mistral SA where he was the President of the Management Board-Managing Director, and is also the Chairman of the Supervisory Board. Mr. Artur Szczepaniak has been a member of the Supervisory Board of OT Logistics SA since 2003.
