Emmanuel Escueta (Manny)

Emmanuel (Manny) Escueta is an experienced proposal manager with a robust background in proposal development and project management across various companies. Currently serving as Proposal Manager at Ops Tech Alliance, LLC since October 2021, Manny has previously held senior roles at NextGen Federal Systems and DHPC Technologies Inc., where responsibilities included managing RFP and RFI development, conducting detailed proposal planning, and ensuring compliance with submission requirements. Additional experience includes independent consulting for multiple firms and significant positions at DRS Technical Services Inc. and Lucent Technologies, where Manny managed proposal teams and systems engineering projects. Academically, Manny holds a PhD and a Master's degree in Operations Research from Case Western Reserve University, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of the Philippines.
