Adam Dwiggins has an extensive work history in the hospitality industry. Adam began their career in 2011 as a Banquet Associate at University Plaza Hotel and later worked as a Banquet Server at University Plaza Hotel and Convention Center. In 2012, they interned at MGM Grand and served as a Guest Service Representative and Bellman at Doubletree by Hilton Springfield. Adam then gained experience in hotel operations as a Management Associate at New York-New York Hotel & Casino and as an Assistant Front Desk Manager at Luxor Hotel & Casino.

In 2015, Adam joined Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts as an Assistant Guest Services Manager and later became a Guest Services Manager. Adam then moved to MGM National Harbor in 2016, where they worked as a Front Office Manager until 2019. At that point, Adam transitioned to Kriya RevGEN, where they held roles as Senior Revenue Manager and later as Director of Revenue Management. Currently, they are the Director of Revenue Management at Lighthouse, starting in November 2023.

Throughout their career, Adam has gained experience in various aspects of hospitality management, including revenue management, front office operations, and guest services.

Adam Dwiggins earned an Associate's degree in General Studies from Saint Charles Community College from 2008 to 2010. Adam then attended Forest Park Community College in 2010, where they studied Hotel Management. From 2011 to 2012, Adam pursued a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management at Missouri State University. Adam also obtained a Bachelor's of Science degree in Hospitality Management during the same period at the same institution.
