Elke Rottier

Elke Rottier has accumulated extensive work experience in various HR roles. Elke started their career as a Product Manager at Cevi NV in 2003 and later worked as a Senior HR Consultant at Search&Selection. In that role, they served as a single point of contact for clients in both the private and public sectors, as well as non-profit organizations, and managed recruitment, selection, and assessment processes. Elke then joined Attentia as a Klantenbeheerder Grote Ondernemingen, where they handled client management for large enterprises. Subsequently, they worked as an HR Manager at Flitsmeister B.V., contributing to the mission of making driving more enjoyable and expanding the app with new features. Elke then served as an HR Director at Be-Mobile, focusing on revolutionizing the transport sector and developing technology platforms. Elke also worked as an HR-business partner at VK architects+engineers, contributing to the company's ambition of creating sustainable projects. Their most recent position was as the Head of Talent Acquisition at Lighthouse, starting in 2023.
