Eugene Lin has a diverse range of work experience in various industries. Starting in 2008, they worked as an Asia Pacific Account Manager for Business Monitor International, focusing on business development in the heavy industry sector. From 2010 to 2012, Eugene held multiple roles at Nestle, including Head of Business & Industry Channel and Channel Sales Executive, where they drove sales growth and introduced new products. Eugene then worked at Google as a Strategic Partnerships Manager in the Online Partnerships Group from 2012 to 2013. In 2013, Eugene co-founded ShoutZap before joining TripAdvisor, where they held the positions of Regional Business Development Manager and Software Regional Sales Manager for the APAC region. From 2019 to 2021, Eugene served as a Senior Global Sales Manager at Expedia Group, leading large deal negotiations and strategic market initiatives. Most recently, they joined Switch Workspaces as an Assistant Vice President, leading go-to-market strategies. In 2023, Eugene will start a new role as Sales Team Lead (APAC) at Lighthouse, a leading commercial platform for the travel and hospitality industry.

Eugene Lin earned a Bachelor of Business (Honors) degree with a major in Human Resource Consulting and a minor in Chinese Language from Nanyang Technological University Singapore between 2004 and 2007. Prior to that, they attended Hwa Chong Institution, but the degree obtained or the field of study is not specified.
