Rachael Vaden

Rachael Vaden has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Rachael is currently serving as the Director of Revenue Management at Lighthouse since December 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of Senior Revenue Manager and Director of Team Engagement at Lighthouse from June 2021. Before joining Lighthouse, Rachael worked as the Director of Team Engagement at Kriya RevGEN from June 2022 to November 2023. Rachael also held the role of Senior Revenue Manager at Kriya RevGEN from April 2020 to June 2022. Rachael's career started at Cinemark holdings Inc. in December 2010 where they served as an Assistant Manager until March 2015. Rachael then worked as a Sales Administrator at Pillar Hotels & Resorts from February 2015 to July 2015. Rachael also gained experience as a Sales Coordinator at Premier Hospitality Management, Inc. from October 2014 to February 2015. Their early career includes serving as a Sales Manager at Wyndham Worldwide from July 2015 to March 2017 and as a Corporate Group Sales Manager at Driftwood Hospitality Management from June 2017 to August 2018. Throughout their career, Rachael has developed skills in revenue management, team engagement, sales, and hospitality management.

Rachael Vaden earned an Associate's degree in Hospitality Management from Grayson College, from 2012 to 2014.
