Mohamed Nifras, BSc(Hons)QS, MSc.(CPM), MRICS-APC (ADM, DMT, Musanada Approved), is a seasoned professional in the field of Quantity Surveying with extensive experience spanning over a decade in various high-profile projects across the UAE. Currently serving as a Cost Manager at Otak International since February 2022, Mohamed leads cost management for municipal projects such as the Al Maqtaa Police Museum and miscellaneous works for Abu Dhabi City Municipality. Previously held roles include Senior Quantity Surveyor at Azizi Developments, focusing on major residential and commercial projects, and other senior positions at Khatib & Alami, Al Ryum Group of Companies, Silver Coast Construction & Boring, and Alghurair Contracting & Engineering Works, where responsibilities included managing large infrastructure projects, leading teams, and preparing detailed cost estimates and tender documents. Mohamed holds advanced degrees in Quantity Surveying and Construction Project Management and is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
