Andy Bell

Andy Bell is currently the Chief Information Officer at Otak, where Andy is responsible for technology roadmap and management of strategic business initiatives. Previously, Andy worked as the Director of Business Systems at Elemental Technologies, overseeing the development and integration of key business systems. With experience at companies like CH2M HILL and NW Natural, Andy has a background in managing IT projects, enterprise applications, and network administration. Andy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from the University of Oregon and an Associates degree in Computer Information Systems from Portland Community College.
