Andrew Jackson

Andrew Jackson is currently the Chief of Water Operations at Otay Water District. Prior to this, Jackson held positions as Water Manager and Water Distribution Superintendent in Gilbert, Arizona. Andrew also has experience as a Senior Utility Supervisor in the City of Phoenix and as a Senior Heavy Equipment Operator in the City of Aurora. Jackson holds a Master of Business Administration from Grand Canyon University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Phoenix.
