Matteo Lena

Matteo Lena currently serves as the CEO of OTB North America since June 2023, overseeing brands such as Diesel, Jil Sander, Maison Margiela, MM6 Maison Margiela, and Marni. Prior to this role, Matteo held the position of CEO at Diesel North America from February 2015 to June 2023. Additionally, Matteo was the Senior Vice President and Head of Brand for the Americas at A|X Armani Exchange and also served as Senior Vice President of Retail North America for the same brand. Earlier career experiences include serving as Vice President of Sales for Latin America at Benetton Group and as Sales Director for Latin America and South-East Asia at Geox S.p.A. Matteo began the professional journey at Benetton Group as Area Manager for France, Spain, and the UK. Matteo holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Turin University, completed in June 2001.
