About you
We are looking for a recent graduate with a strong foundation in software development and a keen interest in the trading or financial industry. You’re eager to take on new challenges, work independently, and apply your skills to deliver quality solutions. You have a good understanding of both back-end and front-end development, with a focus on writing reliable code and creating functional, user-friendly interfaces for in-house use. You’re excited to grow in a fast-paced environment and contribute to solving real-world problems in the financial space.

Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll be part of a team working on designing, building, and improving software tools that help with real-time data analysis and automate tasks for traders. You’ll dive deep into prototyping and deploying solutions quickly, contributing to both back-end logic and basic front-end interfaces. You’ll work directly with traders to understand their needs and help improve tools to support their work, implementing changes and making adjustments to fit evolving strategies.

Requirements

  • Experience with industry-standard coding languages such as C++, Python, or Java.

  • Strong understanding of underlying computer architectures, algorithms, memory and concurrency models, operating systems, and databases.

  • Comfortable in Windows environments.

  • Experience in gathering business requirements, communication with stakeholders is a key requirement in this role.

  • Hands-on mentality, we have a culture of ownership taking of the work we do at OTC Flow.

  • Strong communication skills and a strong eagerness to achieve high results through collaboration with colleagues.
