About the job

In this role you will be designing and developing low-code applications that will be fundamental for the growth of OTC Flow. As a Mendix software developer, you will be a member of the IT department, reporting directly to management.

Main responsibilities

  • Design and develop high-quality software solutions that meet business requirements;

  • Pro-actively involve business and other stakeholders in design, development and testing phases using an agile approach;

  • Develop and maintain documentation of software solutions;

  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in software development;

  • Pro-actively advise OTC Flow on software solutions that support the growth ambitions of the company.

About you

  • Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

  • At least 2 years of proven work experience with Mendix development.

  • Experience with an agile project approach is a must.

  • Relevant certification is a significant advantage (e.g., Mendix Advanced or Mendix Expert Developer).

  • Proactive problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze business processes and design and develop solutions.

  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken; French is a plus.

  • Eligibility to work in France.

  • Strong communication skills and a team-player mentality.
