Joe Wright

Mr. Wright is the Executive Vice President and General Counsel of OTCGH. He has more than 18 years of legal experience in the energy derivatives and commodities sector. As General Counsel, Mr. Wright oversees all of the company’s legal matters.

Prior to working with OTCGH, Mr. Wright served as General Counsel of ICAP Energy LLC, an inter dealer broker of energy derivatives and other commodities. Mr. Wright has extensive legal experience in the energy derivatives and commodities industry, including mergers and acquisitions, commercial transactions, litigation, employment matters and regulatory compliance. He also advises the company’s senior management and directors in connection with matters relating to corporate governance and director and officer liability.

Mr. Wright holds a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Kentucky and a J.D. from the University of Kentucky School of Law.
