Molly Marcheski

Molly Marcheski has a diverse work experience in customer success, sales operations, and sales management roles. Molly is currently the Director of Customer Success at myDigitalOffice since 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Senior Director of Customer Success at iVvy Pty Ltd from 2021 to 2022. From 2019 to 2021, they served as the Senior Manager of Sales Operations at Auberge Resorts Collection. Molly also has experience at Marriott International as the Senior Manager of Global Performance Services from 2017 to 2019. Before that, they held multiple roles at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, L.L.C., including Manager of Global Incentives & Analysis, Senior Manager of Sales Technology Operations, and Corporate Manager of Sales Technology Operations from 2012 to 2017. Molly's earlier experience includes a Sales Manager position at Hyatt Hotels Corporation from 2010 to 2012, and roles at The Ritz-Carlton, Fort Lauderdale and The St Regis Fort Lauderdale Resort as a Group Reservations Coordinator and Market Research Analyst from 2008 to 2010.

From 2003 to 2007, Molly Marcheski obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, specializing in Hospitality and Tourism Management, from James Madison University.
