Carole Elias

Carole Elias has extensive work experience in various industries and roles. Carole currently holds the position of Senior Director, Data & Reporting Governance at Otera Capital since February 2023. Prior to this, they served as Director, Data & Reporting Governance at the same company from April 2022 to February 2023.

Before joining Otera Capital, Carole worked at Bankdata Financial Services as the Head of Business Intelligence from November 2010 to December 2021. Carole also has experience at Bank Audi sal, where they held the position of Head of Budgeting & Planning - Business Intelligence, Retail Banking from September 2003 to September 2010.

Carole started their career as an Assistant Brand Manager in the Marketing Division at Colgate Palmolive, France from March 2003 to September 2003. Prior to that, they worked as an Assistant Brand Manager at L'Oréal, France from January 2002 to June 2002. Carole began their professional journey as a Financial Auditor, specializing in Banks and OPCVM, at RSM Salustro Reydel, France from September 2001 to December 2001.

Carole Elias has a diverse education history spanning multiple fields of study. Carole began their education at Grand Lycée Franco-Libanais in Lebanon, where they obtained a French Baccalaureat with a focus on scientific and math subjects. Afterward, they attended Saint Joseph University of Beirut, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics between 1996 and 1999.

In 2000, Carole enrolled at HEC Paris, the École des Hautes Études Commerciales, where they pursued a Grande École - Masters in Management program. Carole successfully completed the program in 2003.

Carole continued to build their education profile with additional certifications and programs. In 2013, they completed a Professional Certification Program in International Financial Reporting Standards at Morgan International. In 2014 and 2015, they attended the University of the Arts London - Central Saint Martins, participating in a shoe design program.

Most recently, in 2021, Carole pursued an Agile Project Management Certificate through Coursera in collaboration with Google. Carole obtained this certification in November 2021.
