Apostolos Miniadis

Apostolos Miniadis is a Global Product Documentation Specialist at Oterra since September 2022, responsible for creating and updating product and hazard labels globally, maintaining product documentation, and supporting internal processes. Apostolos completed an MSc thesis on the climate impact of organic versus conventional agriculture in Denmark while at CONCITO. Prior experience includes serving in the Hellenic Army as a Procurement Assistant, focusing on food procurement, transforming orders to digital formats, and optimizing budget expenditures. A background in customer service, project development at EIT Food, laboratory testing at DELTA FOODS SA, and research in oenology further enhances Apostolos's expertise. Educational qualifications include an MSc in Integrated Food Studies from the University of Copenhagen, a minor in Strategic Procurement from Copenhagen Business School, and an Integrated MSc in Food Science and Human Nutrition from the Agricultural University of Athens.
