Jérôme Raudin has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Jérôme started their career as a Key Account Manager at Hexpol Compounding (formerly Thona Belgium) in 1997. Jérôme then became the Subsidiary Director at Hexpol Compounding (formerly Thona Canada) from 1999 to 2002, managing the Canadian subsidiaries. In 2004, they worked as the General Manager at Cereal Innovations (Kerry Ingredients UK), where they oversaw the production of cereal ingredients. From 2005 to 2008, they worked as a Consultant at Raudnu Plast SAS.
In 2008, Jérôme took on two roles simultaneously. Jérôme became the Chairman and General Manager at Tianjin Composite Insulators Ltd, a subsidiary of Seves Group, where they were responsible for the company's P&L and management of 100 employees. Additionally, they served as the Chief Operating Officer (with BU responsibilities) at SEVES, the world's leading manufacturer of electric insulation, from 2008 to 2011. In this role, they were responsible for group strategic supply chain activities.
From 2011 to 2012, Jérôme worked as the Group Supply Chain Director at SEVES, focusing on reducing working capital and overseeing 14 factories, 10 sales offices, and 5 warehouses. Jérôme then joined VIRAX in 2012 as the Director Marketing and International Sales before becoming the Managing Director from August 2012 to April 2015. VIRAX is a leading manufacturing company for tools used in the sanitary, heating, and climate technology market segment.
In 2015, Jérôme began working as an International leader in Strategy, Business Development, Marketing, and Product Management as an Entrepreneur. Jérôme continued to pursue their career in the natural colors and dietary supplements industry, joining Chr. Hansen in June 2018 as the Director Global Marketing & Business Development, Natural Colors and Dietary Supplements. Finally, in May 2021, they took on the role of Director Global Marketing and Business Development, Natural Colors and Dietary Supplements at Oterra, the largest provider of naturally sourced colors worldwide.

Jérôme Raudin has an extensive education history. Jérôme obtained a Master of Science degree in Chemistry, with a focus on macromolecular chemistry and organic chemistry, from Université Paris Cité between 1992 and 1996. Prior to that, in 1997, they completed a Post Graduated Diploma in Rubber/Polymer Engineering from Pierre and Marie Curie University. Later in 2003, Jérôme attended HEC Paris, earning an MBA degree.
