Mia Kjersner

Mia Kjersner serves as the Chief Operations Officer (COO) at Oterra since February 2025. Previously, Mia held the position of Vice President of Global Planning and Fulfillment at GN Group, where leadership included a global team managing operations with significant revenue. Mia also directed the Global Operations Strategy & Digitalization office, focusing on digital initiatives. Before GN Group, Mia worked as a Senior Management Consultant at Implement Consulting Group, driving integrated business planning programs for major Danish companies. Experience includes roles at Nilfisk-Advance, Novo Nordisk, and By Kjersner, with a strong foundation in sourcing, operations management, and supply chain optimization. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Supply Chain Management from Copenhagen Business School, where Mia also served as Vice President of The Graduate School Study Board.
