Solange Stephanie Méndez Vega has an extensive work experience in supply chain management, planning, and foreign trade. Solange Stephanie is currently working at Oterra as the Head of Supply Chain, where they lead planning, foreign trade, procurement, and warehouse management. Prior to this, they worked at Yara International, where they held the role of Foreign Trade and Planning Leader for the South Pacific Region. Solange Stephanie was also a Planning & Reporting Coordinator for the same region. Before Yara International, Solange worked at Unilever as a Demand & Supply Planner for Deos & Home Care, where they were responsible for sales and operation planning and demand and supply planning for multiple brands. Solange Stephanie also served as an International Logistics Analyst, leading and participating in regional logistics projects. Solange Stephanie'searlier experience includes working at Whirlpool Latin America as an Import Analyst, responsible for planning and foreign trade, and as a Supply Chain Trainee.

Solange Stephanie Méndez Vega has a Bachelor's degree in Global Business Administration from Universidad Ricardo Palma, which they completed from 2007 to 2011. Solange Stephanie also obtained a Foundation degree in Logistics, Planning, and Foreign Trade Management from Universidad ESAN in 2013-2014. In 2020, they completed a Master's degree in Supply Chain Management from La Salle BCN and ESAN Graduate School Of Business. Solange Stephanie also obtained a Foundation degree in Accounting and Finance from Harvard Business School Online in 2020. Additionally, they have earned additional certifications such as Communication Program - Advanced Level from Universidad del Pacífico (PE) in 2019, Certificación MS Excel- Nivel Avanzado from ISIL in 2016, and Intermediate Program of English from ICPNA in 2008.
