Dean Gartelos

Dean Gartelos has over 20 years of experience in the IT and Communications industry. In 1999, they began working at CenturyLink in Offer Management - Government (Federal, State & Local) and Education, Product Management, Offer Management - Government, and Proposal Management roles. In 2017, they joined OTG Consulting as Partner, Vice President Government Operations, where their role was to help businesses choose the right IT & Communications solutions, suppliers, reduce expenses and consult them through the whole process. Dean also joined Western Skies Consulting as Principal, where they helped businesses achieve additional success by providing expertise to help them earn contract awards, enhance operational efficiency, and simplify the procurement process. In 2019, they became a Partner at Genius Systems.

Dean Gartelos attended Colorado State University from 1994 to 1998, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Organizational Management.
