Ruben Carpio

Ruben Carpio is an experienced Infrastructure Specialist at Oticon Inc/DGS, serving as a Voice Subject Matter Expert for the Americas region since August 2008, where responsibility includes providing support for core voice systems and addressing infrastructure-related issues and projects. Prior to this role, Ruben worked as a Helpdesk Analyst at Kodiak Systems from August 2004 to May 2009 and served in the United States Marine Corps as a Corporal from October 1998 to October 2002. Ruben holds a degree in Network Security, Network and System Administration from The Chubb Institute, completed in 2004, and attended Coastal Carolina Community College from 1999 to 2000.
