Nelith Bandularatne

Nelith Bandularatne is a dedicated professional with diverse experience in entrepreneurship, analysis, and mentorship. Currently serving as a Founder's Associate at Otio since November 2023, Nelith was a Co-Founder of The Graduate Guide, which focuses on demystifying careers, and also held the position of Analyst at Capital Pilot, engaging in venture capital activities. Previous roles include bar staff at The Harrison Bar and Pub, a sales strategy intern at Salesforce, and a front of house team member at PRS. Nelith's early career involved mentorship at Debate Mate, work as a warehouse operative at Amazon, and co-founding Yuno, an initiative aimed at empowering young voices. Academic achievements include a Bachelor of Science in Economics from UCL and participation in a summer school on Artificial Intelligence with Climate Change AI, along with Advanced Highers from ESMS in Mathematics, Religious, Moral and Philosophical Studies, and Economics.
