Caitlin Qualls

Caitlin Qualls has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry. Caitlin started their career in 2010 at Marriott International as a Customer Care Sales Specialist. In 2013, they joined Buffalo Lodging Associates, LLC as a Sales Coordinator/Front Desk and later became a Dual Sales Coordinator. In 2015, they moved to Interstate Hotels & Resorts and held various roles, including Sales Manager, Area Sales Manager, and ultimately Director of Sales. Since 2019, they have been working at OTO Development, where they have also been a Director of Sales. Overall, Caitlin has demonstrated expertise in sales and has progressed to higher positions over the years.

Caitlin Qualls obtained an Associate of Arts (AA) degree from Lakeland Community College between 2005 and 2007. In August 2020, they also obtained a certification in Cvent Supplier Network from Cvent.
