Reagan Moseley Holland has extensive experience in real estate development, currently serving as Development Manager at OTO Development since 2018. Previously, Reagan held positions as Development Officer at Cobalt Property Group from 2017 to 2018 and as Development Manager at Blake Real Estate, Inc. from 2013 to 2016. Reagan began the career as Project Manager at BE&K Building Group from 2006 to 2013, following an internship at Hill Construction in 2005. Academically, Reagan earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Clemson University and a Master of Science in Real Estate from The Johns Hopkins University - Carey Business School.
