Cristian-Ioan Panzaru

Cristian-Ioan PANZARU has extensive experience in various fields, currently serving as the Warranty Claim Manager at OTOKAR Otomotiv ve Savunma Sanayi A.Ş. since October 2018. Previous roles include co-owning Riding Club LA CAI, where equine services such as horseback riding lessons and events were provided, and working as a Scientific Researcher at INCDI-ICI Bucharest. Cristian-Ioan also has project management experience from the University of Bucharest and expertise in cyber-security from CERT-RO. Early career positions include logistic officer for the General Inspectorate of Romanian Police and IT security officer at the National Antidrugs Agency. Academic qualifications include an Executive MBA from Tiffin University, a Master’s degree in Homeland Security, and a Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, all from esteemed institutions in Romania.
