Elif Ardianto

Elif Ardianto has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources and organizational development. Most recently, in 2022, Elif joined Otoklix as a People Performance & Development role. In this position, Elif is responsible for optimizing the performance of individuals in order to contribute to the company's business objectives.

Before that, Elif worked at SICEPAT EKSPRES INDONESIA from 2021 to 2022. As the Organizational Development Department Head, Elif managed programs related to organizational development, career management, and employee performance. Elif also reviewed and updated the organizational structure and job descriptions, as well as conducted job analysis and evaluation activities.

From 2019 to 2021, Elif served as the Human Resources and General Affair Manager at PT Dewata Freight International, Tbk. In this role, Elif handled recruitment and selection, conducted psychological examinations, and managed HR interviews and user interviews.

Between 2017 and 2019, Elif worked as the Training and Development Manager at PT. Nusantara Sakti Group. Elif collaborated with operational divisions to create people development plans and designed training modules and curriculum. Elif also monitored the implementation of training programs and conducted post-training development activities.

In 2016, Elif held the position of HR Organization Effectiveness Section Head at Timezone Games, where Elif managed talent acquisition and onboarding processes.

In 2014, Elif worked as a People Development Specialist at JACCS MPM Finance Indonesia, focusing on organizing and directing learning activities for employees.

Lastly, from 2012 to 2014, Elif served as an HR Training & Development Supervisor at PT. Bentara Sinergies Multifinance, where Elif conducted training needs analysis, developed training methods and curriculum, and implemented training programs.

Overall, Elif Ardianto has demonstrated expertise in various aspects of human resources and organizational development, including performance optimization, talent acquisition, training and development, and organizational structure review.

Elif Ardianto obtained their high school education at SMA Negeri 1 Kendal from 2000 to 2003. Elif graduated with a high school diploma, focusing on the field of social sciences. Following their high school education, Elif pursued their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Diponegoro University. Elif attended the university from 2005 to 2011, during which they completed their degree in business administration.
