Esra Baser

Esra Baser is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer experience, brand management, and strategic planning. Currently serving as the Customer Experience and CRM Leader at Otokoç Otomotiv and a Startup Mentor at İTÜ Çekirdek, Esra has also taken on mentoring roles at Bursa Uludağ Üniversitesi Teknoloji Transfer Ofisi A.Ş., Batı Karadeniz Kalkınma Ajansı, and Anadolu Vakfı. With a significant tenure at KoçSistem, Esra held various leadership positions including Director of Brand and Communication, Director of Segment Marketing, and Group Manager of Strategic Planning and Marketing. Throughout a dynamic career spanning over two decades, Esra has demonstrated expertise in managing marketing communications, corporate performance, and sales operations across multiple industries. Educational qualifications include a degree from Istanbul Technical University, complemented by foundational schooling at Aksaray High School.
