Maya Dhir

Maya Dhir has held a variety of roles in the finance and technology industries. Maya began their career in 1992 as a Software Engineer at Salomon Brothers (now Citigroup). In 1994, they joined Credit Suisse as a Capital Markets Specialist and Bond Trader, where they were responsible for daily operations of a high volume trading desk with $10MM P/L and increased revenue by 30%. Maya then moved to Bankers Trust (now Deutsche Bank) in 1996 as a Senior Account Executive, closing deals with Financial Institutions and increasing annual revenue by $5MM. In 2004, Maya joined Banyan Financial Consulting as a Portfolio Manager. In 2020, they took on a Product Marketing Manager & Business Development role at CENTRL, Inc. (Series B), leading the development of a tech enabled new product to address customer pain points. In 2021, they joined Blend as a Product Partnerships, establishing and managing strategic partnerships for Blend and renegotiating contracts to save Blend $15MM over 3 years. Finally, in 2023, they were appointed as the Director of Operations at OTONOMI.

Maya Dhir has a diverse educational background. Maya has a Bachelor of Engineering from The University of Western Australia in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. Maya also has a Master of Science in Management from Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a Masters of Engineering from University of Pennsylvania in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. Additionally, Maya was a Doctoral Candidate in Computer Engineering at Carnegie Mellon University. In 2021, Maya obtained a Confluent Fundamentals Accreditation from Confluent.
