Shaskya Ramadhina

Shaskya Ramadhina currently serves as a PCS 7 at Otoritas Jasa Keuangan, having started in July 2024. Prior experience includes roles as a Talent & Performance Management Specialist and Learning and Development Intern at Arya Noble from September 2022 to June 2024, as well as Head of Internal Development at PINTER (Pintar Bersama) from November 2022 to November 2023. Additionally, Shaskya was a Mentor at the IISMA Alumni Club from June 2022 to June 2023 and participated as a Visiting Student at the University of Sussex from September 2021 to January 2022, supported by the Indonesian International Student Mobility Awards. Earlier roles include Assistant Psychologist at BINUS Group from February 2021 to July 2021 and various activist positions within HIMPSIKO BINUS from February 2019 to March 2021. Educational credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from BINUS University and a Visiting Student degree in Psychology from the University of Sussex.
