Adrian Andrei

Adrian Andrei has extensive experience in credit administration and collections, currently serving as the Manager of Private Individuals Credit Administration at OTP Bank Romania since November 2020, where responsibilities include establishing a new department and implementing successful workflows that significantly increased mortgage loan insurance rates. Prior roles at OTP Bank Romania include Collections Manager, where Adrian led collection teams and optimized strategies, and Senior Collection Analyst, where new reporting instruments were developed. Additional experience spans positions at Kredyt Inkaso Investments, Mellon Group of Companies, Bancpost, EFG Retail Services, and Remus Net, focusing on collection management, business development, and network administration. Adrian holds a Master's degree in Business Affairs and a degree in International Relations from the Romanian American University and has a certification in computer programming from Informatics High School.
