Adrian Grecu

Adrian Grecu is an experienced human resources professional, currently serving as the Deputy Director of Human Resources at OTP Bank Romania since July 2017, where responsibilities include overseeing HR Operations across various domains such as recruitment, compensation, payroll, and governance. Prior to this role, Adrian held managerial positions at GENPACT as a Human Resources Manager and at Garanti Bank as a Talent Acquisition Manager, where key functions involved partnership in HR services, training, and campus recruitment initiatives. Earlier experience includes work as a Search Consultant at K.M.Trust & Partners, focusing on executive recruitment, and as an Advisor for the Paying and Intervention Agency for Agriculture, where responsibilities included drafting procedures and representing the agency in European forums. Adrian Grecu graduated from Academia de Studii Economice din București with a degree in Finance and Financial Markets.
