Cristina Ciuca is an experienced legal professional with a strong background in data protection and corporate law. Currently serving as Data Protection Officer at OTP Advisors since May 2018, Cristina specializes in compliance with personal data protection legislation, risk assessment, and employee training. Previously, as an In-House Lawyer at OTP Bank Romania since February 2012, responsibilities included drafting and negotiating contracts, representing the company in litigation, and providing legal advice on corporate matters. Cristina also held positions as Head of the Legal Department at OTP Leasing and as an In-House Lawyer at CABINET AVOCAT CRISTINA CIUCA, acquiring extensive experience in civil, commercial, and labor law.
